Deepen your knowledge. Grow professionally. Find your own path in Transactional Analysis.
Would you like to continue developing within Transactional Analysis while having the freedom to decide how far you want to take your training?
The Professional Development Group – PUG is for those who want to deepen their knowledge, develop their professional competence, and integrate Transactional Analysis into their work.
You can take individual courses and advanced training modules – or choose a longer-term training pathway leading towards the internationally recognised qualification of Certified Transactional Analyst (CTA).
You choose your goal. We create the conditions for your continued professional development.
A Training Pathway That Can Grow With You
Not everyone who joins PUG needs to have the same goal.
Perhaps you want to deepen your knowledge in a particular area. Perhaps you want to develop the way you use TA in your work as a therapist, coach, leader, or in another professional role. Or perhaps your long-term goal is to qualify as a Certified Transactional Analyst.
PUG is therefore designed as a flexible, long-term environment for professional learning and development.
You can choose to:
- attend individual courses and advanced training days
- build on your previous knowledge of TA
- develop your ability to translate theory into professional practice
- gain inspiration and new perspectives together with other professionals
- gradually build a training pathway towards CTA
You therefore do not need to decide from the outset how far you want to go.

The Pathway to CTA – An International Training Route
For those who want Transactional Analysis to become a more integral part of their professional identity, PUG offers a training pathway towards becoming a Certified Transactional Analyst – CTA.
CTA is an international qualification in Transactional Analysis. The training and examination process follows the requirements and guidelines established by EATA – European Association for Transactional Analysis.
The pathway towards CTA is about more than acquiring knowledge. It is a developmental process in which theory, professional practice, supervision, and personal and professional development are progressively integrated.
The aim is to develop the ability to understand, use, and independently apply Transactional Analysis within your own professional practice.
For those choosing the CTA pathway, the training and examination process follows EATA’s international regulations. Requirements include training, professional practice, supervision, and examination. The CTA examination consists of both a written and an oral component.

Where Are You on Your Journey?
You do not need to know exactly where your training will lead when you begin.
You may start with curiosity, with a desire to deepen your knowledge, or with a clear goal of becoming a Certified Transactional Analyst.
PUG gives you the opportunity to start where you are – and continue developing from there.
